Annette represents homeowner associations in lawsuits, including covenant enforcement, collections, foreclosures, defense of directors and officer’s claims and other litigation. Annette capably assists homeowner associations with disputes that may arise in the operation of the community.
Annette’s extensive court experience covers all state courts, including District Court, County Court and Small Claims Court. She also has extensive experience in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Her long record of success highlights her ability to effectively evaluate, manage, settle and/or take cases to trial.
Preparation wins cases and Annette prepares owner associations to succeed at trial. Annette excels at reporting to and conductings meetings with the Board, which are critical elements of the firm’s litigation services.
