Candyce Cavanagh, Annette Richmond and Lauren Holmes founded the firm in 2005, advocating a preventive approach in providing legal representation to community associations throughout Colorado. In 2006, Jerry Orten joined the firm. Orten Cavanagh Richmond & Holmes has grown rapidly, while providing clients with timely, value-oriented legal services.
We are dedicated to a preventive legal approach, counseling our clients to deal with issues in a solution-based manner that minimizes discord within the community. We encourage our clients to proactively manage their associations and to ensure actions are appropriate before implementation.
In addition to the traditional hourly billing structure, we offer a Retainer Program that allows our clients choose the service level that best meets their needs. We are pleased to discuss this option and provide additional details upon request.
With over 25 years experience, Jerry delivers creative solutions that are tailored to unique association issues. Candyce brings more than 20 years experience specializing in community association law in Colorado and Georgia. Lauren has provided practical legal advise and counseling for over 10 years to homeowner associations. Annette possesses nearly 15 years experience in bankruptcy and foreclosure law as well as delinquent assessment collections. Together with associate attorneys, paralegals and staff members, Orten Cavanagh Richmond & Holmes provides value-oriented legal services to community associations.
